Qualifications
Hold a current BCBA certification, showcasing your expertise and commitment to providing high-quality care.
2+ years of experience supporting neurodivergent children, teens and/or adults, specifically autism, ADHD and anxiety.
Category A Registered Autism Service Provider or Category B with experience just over 6 clients.
Bonus points for completing 8-hour supervision training and having experience supervising BCaBA and BCBA practicum students, as your mentorship will be highly valuable.
Areas for Service: Varies from Chilliwack - Vancouver. Open to exploring other areas of B.C if that is of interest to applicant.

Analyze everywhere: Conduct observations across various environments, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the client's needs and facilitating creative opportunities for support models.
Be a guiding light: Support co-supervision of current mentees within the YBG space, sharing your knowledge and inspiring the next generation of professionals.
Step in when needed: Provide coverage for current YBG clients if other contractors require assistance, demonstrating our commitment to always putting the clients' well-being first.
Requirements
Own a reliable vehicle for in-person appointments, ensuring you can reach clients and offer exceptional care whenever necessary.
Exhibit flexibility with both in-person and virtual appointments, accommodating the diverse needs of our clients.
Maintain current WorkSafe BC coverage and Professional Liability Coverage, reflecting our shared commitment to safety and excellence.
Possess an up-to-date criminal record check with vulnerability sector, as we prioritize a safe and secure environment for everyone.
