Plan Development Package

If you’ve recently received a diagnosis and are feeling unsure about what comes next, this package is here to help. Designed to give families a clear path forward, we’ll work together to understand your child’s unique strengths and needs. Through compassionate assessment and collaboration, we’ll build a personalized Learning Support Plan (LSP) — your blueprint for supporting growth at home, in school, and in the community.

You’ll walk away with clarity, practical strategies, and a roadmap to guide your next steps — all while starting to build the right team around your child.

  • Comprehensive Behaviour Assessment (2 hours)

    Observation of School/Daycare/Preschool or collaboration with OT/SLP (2–3 hours)

    Learning Support Plan (LSP) – personalized, actionable, and strengths-based

    Review Session to go over the plan and set priorities (1 hour)

    Clear goals in communication, emotional regulation, and independence

    Visual supports and home tools

    PDF copy of the LSP for caregivers and educators

This package is designed for families in British Columbia who are ready to move forward after receiving an autism diagnosis and want a clear, guided plan of action. Through individualized behaviour consultation—offered virtually or in-home—we take time to truly understand your child through play-based assessment, observation, and collaboration.

Together, we’ll develop a personalized Learning Support Plan (LSP) that outlines your child’s strengths, developmental goals, and step-by-step strategies for home, school, and beyond. With hands-on coaching and consistent follow-up, this package gives you the structure, support, and tools to help your child thrive.

  • Comprehensive Behaviour Assessment (2 hrs)
    – In-home or virtual assessment through play and caregiver interview
    – Identifies strengths, challenges, and learning needs

    Daycare/Preschool Observation (2 hrs)
    – Observation in natural environment to assess interactions and routines

    Learning Support Plan: Draft & Review (3 hrs total)
    – Creation of a personalized LSP (PDF)
    – Collaborative review session with caregiver
    – Includes goals, strategies, routines, and cross-disciplinary recommendations

    8 Follow-Up Consultations (1 hr each + 15 min notes)

Our BCBAs and BCaBAs can begin working directly with your autistic child (ages 2–18) right away, helping build foundational skills through hands-on, compassionate sessions. We won’t let momentum stall—while you build your team, we’re here to keep things moving.

You’ll also receive ongoing support as a caregiver so you can confidently carry these strategies into daily routines with consistency and clarity. Together, we’ll focus on goals like communication, emotional regulation, play, and executive functioning—always aligned with your family’s values and your child’s pace.

Teen and Young Adult Anxiety Support

Struggling with anxiety can feel overwhelming—especially for neurodivergent teens and young adults. Chantal Sommer, Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA), offers individualized anxiety support rooted in evidence-based practices, inclusive and compassionate care.

This structured support package includes assessment, collaborative goal setting, and follow-up coaching focused on what is learned throughout and discussed during the assessment process.

Whether delivered virtually or in person, this service is ideal for families seeking autism services and behaviour consultation, specifically addressing anxiety in British Columbia.

Key Features:

  • Comprehensive Assessment

  • Values-based, person-centred goal setting
